I mean like I'm doing other stuff, but like really that's possible because of Quinn.

15:20 So I mean you you hit one million fast, like really fucking fast. So what do you attribute that speed of success too? Do you think? Oh god, I don't know, truthfully, I don't. I especially because I'm anonymous. Like it's I I work really hard at my social media stuff, but like being anonymous makes it tough. Like I don't have crazy numbers online, you know, on like Instagram and TikTok and stuff. You know, you look at somebody like you know, aj or Cavern and they have like hundreds of thousands of followers. It's like a different ballgame. Mm hmm. But like, yeah, I don't, I don't know.

16:02 I don't know. I just try to make fun stuff that I like, and you know, I try to work with people whose work I enjoy and who I you know, respect, and I think are fun to work with. And I don't I don't know. I know, I think one of your best traits is the fact that you come across on everything you do on your social media, in your discord servers and et cetera, you come across as such a genuine guy, and that is pretty essential in the job that you're doing, because there has to be that level of trust and you genuinely come across as somebody who who loves your supporters, your community, and you appreciate them. So I think that that flies.

I wouldn't be able to be doing voice acting full time if they aren't here. So it's true. Yeah, the community that you know, both the like creatives that I've gotten to know and work with and like like you guys kind of in the sort of like parallel support space, and all the listeners that I've been able to engage with online and in the discord and all that. It's like, that's everything that the community is amazing. So when you think, when you think through your audios at list what is there an audio that you think did not deserve the numbers that got.

I won't go with deserve, but I will say there are audios like both ones that did really exceptionally well and ones that didn't do as well that I was surprised that I went that way, you know, like they're I mean like Broken In as a prime example. Very proud of that audio. I think Rachel's writing and it is amazing. I think Neon for as especially for as early as that was in our working relationship, because I think like as creatives, the more that we work together, we tend to like learn how the other person works and what they want out of the project and stuff a little more. So like like me and Neon over time have you know, jelled better and better as we've gone. So, especially for as early as that was in our time working together, I think she did an amazing job. And I when it came out, I was I only really put it in that week because another writer asked me to delay their audio, and I was like, well, this has got to go out, so we'll you know, we'll throw it out hopefully people like it. And now it's almost a one hundred I'm I assume probably today it's going to hit one hundred thousand plays crazy insane.

18:57 That's insane insane. So that one surprised you is it's the one that you thought would have really taken off and it just hasn't yet. Yeah, yeah, like I think, I don't know, there's something that have done pretty well since that, like over time. I guess like the Nice List did pretty well over time. I thought that was gonna hit harder when it came out. Yeah, my ramble that I did am I at the beginning of May that didn't do as well as I thought it would. That mostly based on the opinions of other people. I was pretty nervous putting that out. But oh yeah, that's the only audio I asked somebody to bet a listen for me because I was so nervous about it, and they they were very excited.

19:47 I didn't leave the house for a week out there. I'm just. It was used. So that's the things that you've done, etc. Has there been a creative choice that you've made that was that was from somebody else's idea you had a creative choice that you've made purely for your own enjoyment or amusement. I mean, I'm sure, I'm sure. I hm, I'm trying to think. I don't know if anything like in particular comes to mind. I mean certain stuff, you know, projects like a lot of the scripts that I've done with that Brewy has written, for example, quarterbooks in cold Brew.

20:33 Like that for me is like pure creative joy like because the stuff she writes is so her and Dorothy b like she wrote mine. The way that they both write is like I've talked about this a couple of times, but they have this sort of like heightened reality. There's a like poeticism in the way that they write things that is so much fun as an actor to play I have. There's an audio coming out, it's probably gonna be mid July that k Chase wrote that I looked at some directions she had in the script and flat out ignored it because I'm like, no, this is this feels better to me, this is I like this. And I'm sure she'll give me a little bit of a hard time about.

Oh what a good question. I think like that that's not a status thing. One of the things I'm proudest of is like the crew that I've built up around me, like the the circle of one who are like really incredibly talent into skilled creatives in their own rights, but both the editors I work with and the writers, but also who are all just like such lovely people. It's it's yeah, And I mean I'm one of those people who generally, like I have the kind of, you know, don't be an asshole role, Like if you're a dick, I'm not gonna want.

And I feel like I've made a lot of friends in the process, a handful of the like Brewi is a mod and my Discord Toasty, who I did a merch clab with, she's another one of my moms. I chat regularly with a handful of my writers. It's a yeah, it's I think that's the thing I'm proud of stuff that's not like a stats thing. Yeah, that's cool. Is there sound you recorded that maybe made you question your life choices after you made it?

There was something with spitting and liquid and I did the fully myself while I was recording, okay, and so I had all right, as I'm doing it, I have I have a glass. I'm just gonna say it. It's I have a glass of whiskey. I figure i'm gonna do the fully. I'm gonna do it right. So I have a glass of whiskey with me in the booth.

I think I saved a clip of because it was still recording the afterwards of me going like, oh no, I start wiping everything up with my shirt, which I'm sure made me smell like an alcoholic goes.

So that's always fun to dip into. What's one that you'd happily retire forever? That's true, you be happy to never do it again? Yeah, I don't know if I have any of those that I'm like, I definitely don't want to do that, just because I I'm pretty selective anyway, Like if there's something I don't like or don't think i'll like, I'll generally just steer away from it anyhow, makes sense.

I think the at List that started would would probably be well psyched to see where I am right now. I think so. It probably would have made those those first six months a lot less stressful if I knew where it was going. Did you ever think something like your stupid hot boy laugh would become such a big thing with your audios? Oh? Yeah, certainly? Nah, Yeah, no, no, yeah, definitely definitely would would be surprised by that. Yeah, And I've told people that before too, that like I didn't really before getting into this, I didn't hear anything about my laugh.

And I'm like, I don't know, maybe they just kept it to themselves. It just quietly wanked at home to your lafe. Yeah, every time we hang out there wearing a wire so they can go home and listen to me laugh later. Why are they telling me so many jokes? Like what's happening here? You see? Some things have changed, you see when we had you on the show like last year and you found your plays kind of skyrocketed with the whole broken in dom thing, and now your million plays in. Have you sort of learned more about listener's preferences between then and now? And we were talking about this before you actually came into the room. Do you think that the m doom is still the main driver of what picks you up the more listens?

28:15 Uh? Yeah, I mean I do think I've learned a fair bit about listener preferences at least in some respects. Listeners are a very big group with a lot of varied tastes, right, so there's a place for everything. I do think that m DOM tends to be at least on Quinn and that's probably just by like by math, right, Like most of the listener bases women probably most of them are straight, So m DOM I think primarily tends to be a draw. But like, there there's certainly a lot of love for m sub out there, and there's yeah, yeah know, there's so many different like flavors within everything too, like how rough for gentle something is or what the like general tone or vibe is, like you know, you can look at you know, there's mine, which is like stalker kind of scary, like weird amalgamation of like obsessive love and you know, like rough stuff, and then there's you know, I would say, you know, even something like always, which is a safer work sleep aid is still probably end dumb kind of but like it's so gentle. It's not about the sex at all. It's just like about you know, loving your partner and helping them relax and all that.

29:43 So there's so much to play with in that space, you know, it's I find that it's really hard to predict what is going to hit and catch on with people. And there's so many variables too, Like even something as simple as is or isn't dropping on a day can affect like what sort of focus a drop will get, right, Like if if I'm dropping on a Friday next to cavern and noble and lonely fans and lost tapes and stuff, it's going to be a little different. I'm probably not going to get as much you know, interest, because a lot of people are going to flock to those things first, which is understandable. They're you know, they've been doing this a long time, they have big listener bases. But yeah, it can just content wise, it can be hard to predict to like if you're going based on the assumption that m DOM is going to be the big thing, and then you look at something like lock It Down, which dropped in March and already is about to hit fifty thousand plays and has become my second most played audio that fast, which is like, it is MDOM, but it's not broken in you know, it's not that it's you know, there's not the degradation and rough and all that stuff. It's like very loving and sweet and caring, and it's curve appreciation and there's whimpering and you know it's not all growls and you know it's it's a whole other vibe.

31:11 I think about when we talked earlier Atlas about like what what do you attribute your rise to success so quickly to I think it is the variety that you cover so your listeners don't grow tired, because it's not like, oh, Atlas is dropping, it's another fill in the blank here and m Don being such a big playground to play in certainly Hells. But then yeah, the boyfriend energy. You have a good variety in your in your audio, so it's kind of like what are we going to get this week from him? You know? Thank you? Yeah? I try really hard, and I mean that is for listeners as well as myself, right, Yeah, I think I'd go crazy if I was doing like the same thing every time, you know. Yeah, So back to stats, I have a question. What's a completely fake statistic that you think Quinn should start tracking?
